ELM CITY

2WAY ELM CITY

Welcome to 2Way Elm City. We are thrilled to announce the launch of 2Way Elm City, a nationally competitive AA club team program based in New Haven County. Named after the City of New Haven's long-time nickname, "The Elm City,".

Meet Our Director. Mike Devine, the current head coach at Cheshire High School, will lead 2Way Elm City as Director. In addition to his wealth of knowledge for the sport, he is someone who cares about doing things the right way, including all of the little things. Mike embodies our Work Hard, Stay Humble, mentality and we know he will help build 2Way Elm City into one of the premier club lacrosse programs in the country.

Our Coaches. Our coaching staff, features some of the best lacrosse minds in the region.

Connecticut’s Top Talent, Nation’s Top Events. 2Way Elm City aims to compete in the nation's premier AA tournaments, facing the best competition. Our "iron sharpens iron" mentality will help develop future stars and put Elm City players on the map.

Elite College Placement and Maximum Exposure. With an average of 20+ commitments per grad year over the last four years, mostly Division 1, 2Way continues to provide a consistent college placement platform, helping the best players in the region reach the highest levels of college lacrosse.

Premier Home Base Facility. All practices will be held at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT, one of the top academic and athletic prep schools in the country. The Choate campus features first-class fields and facilities, including a side-by-side two-turf complex with lights.

Exclusive 2Way Training and Programs. Club team members will have access to a robust training platform, including 2Way National Team Tournaments & Training, the annual U13 World Series Team, Box Tournament Teams, Position-Specific Development Programs, College Recruiting Platform and Support, and the most followed Instagram/Social Media Platform in Connecticut (20,000+ followers).

Start Small. Dream Big. To ensure the highest quality, we will build 2Way Elm City from the ground up. Our Greenwich teams are ranked among the top in the country, and we believe 2Way Elm City can join their ranks with a patient, quality-focused approach. We will focus on one top AA team per grad year from the 2029 class down to the 2035 class, adding one new AA team each year at the youngest age group. Our oldest age group (2029) will continue through high school junior year.
